BahaCareers was established in November 2007, by Cara Douglas and Sharell Ferguson, two Bahamian women with a desire to make a difference in their country. BahaCareers is the only Internet based job search engine and online professional services agency serving The Bahamas. It will provide businesses and organizations with an unprecedented access to Bahamians (at home and abroad) and all other qualified job seekers desiring employment in The Bahamas. Our services will not only benefit both companies and the individuals utilizing it, but it will also increase the level of efficiency within the job search industry in The Bahamas.
